The festive season in Beirut Souks kicks in on Saturday, December 5th at 6:00 PM. with the lighting of the Patchi Christmas Tree of Moving Light, under the patronage of H.E. Michel Pharaon, Minister of Tourism.
The tree lighting will be followed by a Christmas parade which, this year, will be graced by the presence of 50 children from the Tamanna Organization. Adding to this festive atmosphere is the opening of Afkart – the designers’ Christmas Fair- in Souk Tawileh and Souk Ayyas.
Just like chocolate, the season is about the ceremonies of being together, of sharing and spreading joy. Beirut Souks will host several activities to celebrate with everyone from the moment of lighting the Patchi Tree until the 7th of January.
